Ward Manufacturing Celebrates Employees with 25+ Years of Service

October 13, 2023 – What an incredibly rare milestone to reach! 30% of employees working at Ward Manufacturing, LLC (“Ward”) have worked with our company for over 25 years! Not many companies can say that anymore, and it is something we love to celebrate!



On Friday, October 13, 2023, employees of Ward with over 25 years of service to our company were invited to the 25 Years of Service Award Banquet, hosted by our company President & CEO, Pete Guidi. Five new employees reached this milestone and were given awards at this year’s event – Laura Jackson, Chuck Sharp, Lori Haflett, Bruce Rooks, and Julie Meeker (not pictured).

Employees with more than 25 years of service with Ward were also invited to attend. Present were many employees, including Lynne Thomas (HR Manager) who just celebrated 40 years of service in July. Others celebrating milestones this year are Jane Davis (Trainer – Plant 3) who will reach 50(!) years of service on October 22^nd, and William Rathbun (Journeyman Electrician) who reached 49 years of service this year!

Overall, we have 134 employees (and counting!) with 25 or more years of service. This total is made up of 30 women, and 104 men, and amounts to a total of 4,509 years of service combined! Wow!

It is an absolute honor and privilege to be able to celebrate each of our employees. Thank you to each of you for your hard work and dedication throughout your tenure with Ward – we appreciate everything you’ve helped accomplish! Cheers to many more years to come!
