Ward Manufacturing Donates to Blossburg Fire Department

Elizabeth Saintours • July 21, 2022

July 21, 2022 – Blossburg, PA – It was a warm July day in Blossburg, PA when Ward Manufacturing main office staff members finished collecting another $200 for their Dress Down Thursday donations.

The collection this month was dedicated to the Blossburg Fire & Ambulance department and was presented to them by two of Ward Manufacturing’s employees, who also happen to volunteer at the same facility. Steve Hall, Quality Assurance Supervisor at Ward, is a lifelong member of the fire department, while Jason Pequignot, General Laborer in Plant 3 at Ward, is the president of the fire department. Your service to not only our company but to this community is both incredibly appreciated and admired.

Read more about this donation and how the funds were used to help buy a Lucas Device in a follow-up post from the Blossburg Fire & Ambulance on their Facebook page on 2/7/23 (click here). Glad to know our donations have made an impact and will be used to help provide life-saving procedures to our community members!
